 Shipping Policy:

Currently, we only ship to Canada and United States. We choose Canada Post as our primary shipping carrier, and FedEx as our back carrier. Our standard shipping is by Expedited Parcel which takes 1-7 business days for Canada delivery, and 6-12 business days for USA delivery. The shipping charge will be input automatically during the check-out process.

Return Policy: 


Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance here at HILTECHBAMBOO.  If there is a problem with your purchase, simply send it back for refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt (please see stipulations below)

Items must be returned within 30 days of original purchase, with shipping costs paid by the customer.

Remember to include your invoice ID#, name, address, email & contact number (or a copy of the packing slip with all the above information).

*** Unfortunately, we cannot accept back items that have been washed, worn or otherwise soiled.  If the package arrives damaged, please contact HILTECHBAMBOO immediately!

Returns require prior authorization. Please send us an email with your request, and we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (this number is required for all returns and exchanges.) Upon receiving your Return Authorization, you may ship your item to the following address:

For refund on items returned, tax is refundable, however, no refund on original shipping. Refund applied to credit card or bank account used to make original purchase.
